Building Project Update: November 15, 2022

• The concrete floor has been poured. 
• The structural steel has been delivered to the site.
• Steel erection should begin before December and continue into the New Year.
• The roof will be installed once the structure is completed.
• The building should be enclosed sometime in February/March, at which time it can be heated and interior work begin.

Building Project Update: October 13, 2022

• Parking lot curbs were completed with the installation of asphalt to begin next week.
• Installation of underground sewer work has begun.
• Underground building electrical conduit to be installed next week.
• Interior concrete slab is scheduled for pouring the final week of October.
• Work continues on interior plans.

Building Project Update: September 4, 2022

• “Future home of St. Benedict Catholic Church” sign was installed in Horace.
• Installation of water and sanitary sewer utilities begun.
• Preparation for parking lot has begun.
• Work on the foundation continues.
