On Monday, March 25, 2024, we moved into our new offices. The first Mass in our new building was celebrated on March 30, the Easter Vigil.
At this time, we do not know when the new church building will be designed or constructed.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in supporting this important effort for the future of our parish.
We are currently working to reduce the debt incurred in the construction of our new building. To learn more about supporting us, visit the Capital Campaign page.

In the summer of 2017, our parish embarked on an exciting campaign to fund Phase 1 of our Master Plan, a new parish hall. This campaign was called Embracing Our Tradition, Building Our Future.
For more information about the original plan, visit the 2017 Plan and Campaign Statement page.
In 2018, our plans dramatically changed when the Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion Authority announced their flood control plan (for more information, see our “Flood Plan B” article). Ultimately, we decided to move of our parish to a new location in the city of Horace.
The first phase of the revised master plan is the construction of a parish hall, kitchen, offices and rest rooms at a new location in Horace. Future phases will include the construction of a church, education wing,—and maybe even a school!
Bishop Folda approved this new plan, and on July 11, 2022, he blessed our new site in Horace and participated in the ground breaking ceremony. Construction began immediately and continued for the next 20 months.
We moved into our new offices on Monday, March 25, 2024. The first Mass was celebrated on March 30, the Easter Vigil. On April 8, Bishop Folda celebrated Mass for the Feast of the Annunciation and blessed the new facility.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in supporting this important effort for the future of our parish.
